Credit:
All orders placed with Spice of Life Natural Products will be prepaid or shipped C.O.D. (C.O.D. Orders are subject to a $6.00 surcharge) Visa, Mastercard and money orders are accepted. Customers who wish to establish credit terms may do so after their third order by means of completing and submitting a Spice of Life credit application. If the company approves the application then 30 day credit terms will be put in place.
Ordering:
We require a minimum order of $250.00 for all wholesale purchases. In the event that an order under the minimum amount is accepted it will be subject to a $10.00 surcharge for shipping and handling. Please telephone your orders between the hours of 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. A.S.T. Monday to Friday or Fax/email anytime. Please allow an average of 3-12 business days for your order to be processed and filled.
Reorders:
Subject to same terms as above, the minimum reorder is $100.00.
Invoicing:
Invoices will be mail enclosed with the shipment unless we are otherwise instructed.
Credit Payment Terms
On net 30 days, a service charge of 2% per month will be charged on overdue accounts.
Shipping:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We generally ship all orders via Canada Post or courier. The customer has the option of choosing their preferred courier or service level at the time of ordering. The shipping cost is added on to the invoice or charged freight collect.
Returns:
Any claim must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without our authorization. All returned items must be in their original condition and unopened.
Display Units:
Display units are provided to wholesalers free of charge at the discretion of the company and is dependent on volumes purchased. The display units can only be used for Spice of Life Products otherwise they will be removed. Display units remain the property of Spice of Life and must be returned in original condition upon request. Unreasonable damage to display units will result in a surcharge to the retailer.
Price Incresases:
Prices are subject to change. The company commits to notifying clients of price increases 30 days in advance of them taking effect.
